Tomb of Meryre-nufer Qar, a high-ranking officer of the 6th dynasty under the reign of Pepi I, who had the task of managing the maintenance of the pyramids and organizing the funeral celebrations, his son Idu was the royal scribe. The architraves of the tomb carved into the rock, near the pyramid of Khufu, show the cartouches of the pharaohs, Khufu (Cheops), Khafra (Chephfren), Menkaura (Mycerinus) and Meryra (Pepi I).
