Philae

April - 2010 The Temple of Philae dedicated to Isis represented the main center of the Isiac cult. Disassembled and rebuilt on the island of Agilkia in 1977 to protect it from flooding due to the construction of the Aswan Dam. The complex operation, which lasted three years and carried out by an Italian firm, was financed by our government.
